We spent a glorious day in Rosyln, Washington to celebrate Memorial Day among friends–
and it put into clear focus that we must not take for granted our many freedoms…
Freedom for innocence
Freedom to play
Freedom to ride
Freedom to feast
Freedom to share
Freedom to gather
Freedom to run
Freedom to marry whomever you choose
(Well, hopefully someday…)
Freedom for sport
Freedom to rest
Freedom to laugh
Freedom to be “supermom”
Freedom to fly
Freedom for opinions
Freedom to dream
Freedom that makes us proud
Freedom that defines us, from where we began –to where we are now.
Happy Memorial Day and a special thank you to those who sacrifice and serve so that we may be free.
